This Privacy Policy describes how Bravelift Inversiones SpA (doing business as Bravelift Studios, "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Santiago, Chile, handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish on Google Play (each a "Game", collectively "our Games").
Our approach is simple: our Games do not require an account and we do not collect your personal information on our own servers. The limited data described below is processed by trusted third-party services that make our Games work. This policy covers all of our Games. Not every Game uses every service described here: section 5 explains what can differ from one Game to another.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- Your game progress (levels, unlocked content, virtual currency balances, settings) is stored on your device, not on servers of ours. If you have Android backup enabled, your device may include it in the backup of your own Google account, which we cannot read. Uninstalling the Game deletes the copy on your device. The analytics service described in section 2(d) receives progress signals, such as your level and the virtual currency you earn or spend, linked to a pseudonymous identifier and not to your name or any account.
2. Information Processed by Third-Party Services
Our Games may integrate the following third-party services, which may automatically process certain data on their own infrastructure:
a) Advertising — Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)
Some of our Games offer optional rewarded advertisements (you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward). To serve and measure these ads, Unity Ads may process: your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type and operating system information, and ad interaction data. If the Personalised ads switch is on (see section 4), Unity may also use this data to show you ads based on your interests; if it is off, you can still choose to watch rewarded ads, but they are not personalised. In some of our Games ads are never personalised, for every player and in every country; section 5 says which, and in those Games the switch simply decides whether you see rewarded ads at all. This processing is governed by Unity's privacy documentation:
b) Purchases — Google Play Billing (Google LLC)
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only order confirmations (product purchased and order identifier) so the Game can deliver your items. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
c) Diagnostics — Unity Engine (Unity Technologies)
Our Games are built with the Unity engine, which may collect basic device information and crash/ performance diagnostics to keep them stable. See the Unity privacy links above.
d) Analytics and stability — Firebase (Google LLC)
Some of our Games use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how a Game is played and to detect and fix crashes. These services may process: a pseudonymous app instance identifier generated by Firebase, your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), device model, operating system version, app version, your language, and your approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your device settings or IP address; how you arrived at the Game, such as the advertising campaign that led to the install; when you open the Game and how long you use it, the screens you view, and when the Game is updated, its data is cleared or it is uninstalled; in-game events, which depend on the Game (see section 5): for example, starting and finishing a match or a level (including the rival, your level, the result and its duration), skipping a scene, moving through the tutorial, opening the store or the gallery, earning or spending virtual currency, using the undo, rewarded ads being offered, requested, shown or failing, and purchases (the product, its price and currency) and failed purchase attempts; the settings you change in the Game, such as music volume, sound, aiming aids, picture-in-picture, undo and language; how long you view photos, videos and scenes in the gallery (in time ranges, without recording which one), and which rival's scenes you switch on or off; whether a screenshot is taken or the screen is recorded while the Game is visible, and on which screen, so we know in aggregate how often our content is captured (we are only told that it happened: the Game never receives the image or the recording); general labels such as an approximate level or currency range, whether a purchase has been made, your language, and whether music, aiming aids and help are turned on; and, when a Game crashes, the technical crash report together with the screens visited just before it.
These events are not linked to your name and not linked to any account, because our Games do not use accounts. Analytics data linked to the pseudonymous identifier is kept for up to 2 months in Google Analytics, and for up to 6 months in any copy we export for analysis to Google Cloud (BigQuery), also operated by Google, and is then deleted automatically; crash reports are kept for 90 days. This processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and by Firebase's privacy and security documentation.
Some Games also use Firebase Remote Config to receive settings for the Game itself, such as how often a bonus appears. It runs only if you allow Improve the game, and when it runs it sends Google a Firebase installation identifier, your IP address, and your device model and language.
Where you allow it (see Your Choices and Rights below), Google also uses your advertising identifier and these events to measure the results of our own advertising campaigns. How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
3. How This Data Is Used
- To operate our Games and deliver the content you request.
- To show rewarded ads only when you choose to watch them, and to measure that they were completed.
- When you allow it, to let Unity personalise the rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- To process and deliver your in-app purchases.
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- To understand how our Games are played, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- To measure the results of our own advertising campaigns, such as how many installs they produced.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above. Under some US state privacy laws, letting Unity personalise ads with your advertising identifier may count as “sharing” (or even a “sale” of) personal information for targeted advertising; you can opt out at any time by turning off Personalised ads in the Game’s Settings.
4. Your Choices and Rights
- In-game privacy controls: a Game that uses the services above has up to three switches in its Settings screen: Improve the game (analytics and crash reports), the advertising switch — called Personalised ads where ads can be personalised, and Ads where they never are — and Our own ads with Google (measuring our own advertising). Section 5 says which switches each Game has. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and nearby European territories and microstates (such as Gibraltar, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra and Vatican City), and whenever the Game cannot tell which country you are in, we ask before you play and all three start off; elsewhere they start on and you can turn them off. Some Games ask in more countries, and some ask for your year and month of birth first: section 5 says which. Turning a switch off applies from that moment, except for crash reports, which stop the next time the Game starts, and for the advertising service, which stops showing ads immediately but finishes closing the next time the Game starts.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your device's advertising ID at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads), which limits ad personalization and breaks the link between your device and previously collected advertising data. Analytics and crash data are linked to a separate app identifier; the sure way to replace it is to uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Local data: uninstalling a Game permanently deletes all of its locally stored data.
- Data deletion: see How to Request Data Deletion below for step-by-step instructions.
- Legal rights: depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR, California under the CCPA, and Chile under Law 19.628/21.719), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising (turn off Personalised ads). Because we do not operate servers of our own, most such requests concern the providers listed above — but you can always contact us and we will help direct your request.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: we rely on your consent for each of the three switches, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings without affecting what happened before; purchases are processed to perform our contract with you. Google and Unity may process data in the United States and other countries, relying on safeguards recognised by European law, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. What Changes from One Game to Another
Everything above describes what can happen in our Games. Not every Game does all of it. These are the differences you may find; the Settings screen of the Game you are playing always shows the switches that Game actually has. If a Game adds a service, we update this policy before that version is published.
- Advertising. In some Games the advertising switch is called Personalised ads and, when it is on, Unity may show ads based on your interests. In other Games ads are never personalised, for every player and in every country: there the switch is called Ads and it simply decides whether you see rewarded videos at all. With it off, no rewarded videos are shown and the advertising service does not start.
- Where we ask before you play. Always in the countries and territories listed in section 4, and whenever the Game cannot tell which country you are in. Some Games also ask in other countries, such as Chile.
- Age. Some Games, in the places where we ask, first ask for your year and month of birth. That answer stays on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is not included in your device's backup. If you are below the age at which the law of your country lets you decide on your own, the switches stay off and there are no rewarded videos; the Game can still be played in full.
- What is sent to analytics. It depends on the Game, and it is always part of what section 2(d) describes: for example matches or levels and how they end, the in-game currency you earn or spend, the upgrades or items you buy, the store, the rewarded videos offered and watched, and purchases. Some Games also send how long items in a gallery are viewed, which scenes are switched on or off, and whether a screenshot or screen recording is taken while the Game is visible.
- Game settings from Google. Some Games use Firebase Remote Config, as described in section 2(d); it only runs if you allow Improve the game.
- Online leaderboards. None of our Games use them today.
6. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of our Games at any time, without deleting any account (our Games do not use accounts). Follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@braveliftcorp.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please tell us which Game you played and your device's advertising ID if you are able to provide it (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). We will confirm your request and, where the data is held by a third-party provider such as Unity or Google, we will forward your request to them on your behalf. We aim to respond within 30 days.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID on your device (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID"). This immediately disconnects future advertising data from your previous identifier.
- Uninstall the Game to permanently delete all locally stored data — your game progress, unlocked content, virtual currency balance, and settings. This deletion is immediate and irreversible, and we cannot restore it.
What is deleted: all locally stored game data (deleted immediately on uninstall), and the advertising data associated with your advertising identifier held by our third-party providers (processed upon request). Analytics and crash data are linked to an app identifier that the Game does not show, not to your advertising ID, so we cannot locate them from your advertising ID; instead they are deleted automatically after 2 months in Google Analytics, 6 months in the copy we keep in our own Google Cloud (BigQuery) project and 90 days in Crashlytics, and you can stop new collection at any time with the Improve the game switch. What is kept: records of purchases made through Google Play, which Google retains as the seller of record for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We do not operate servers of our own.
7. Children
Each of our Games is intended for the audience indicated by its content rating on Google Play. Games rated for mature or adult audiences are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided information through one of our Games, please contact us.
8. Security
We follow industry-standard practices in the design of our Games. Your game progress is stored on your device (and in your own Google backup if you enable it), payments are handled by Google Play, and the analytics described in section 2(d) use a pseudonymous identifier instead of your name, so the exposure of your personal information is minimal by design.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be reflected in the relevant store listings where required.
