This Privacy Policy describes how Bravelift Inversiones SpA (doing business as Bravelift Studios, "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Santiago, Chile, handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish on Google Play (each a "Game", collectively "our Games").
Our approach is simple: our Games do not require an account and we do not collect your personal information on our own servers. The limited data described below is processed by trusted third-party services that make our Games work.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- Your game progress (levels, unlocked content, virtual currency balances, settings) is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
2. Information Processed by Third-Party Services
Our Games may integrate the following third-party services, which may automatically process certain data on their own infrastructure:
a) Advertising — Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)
Some of our Games offer optional rewarded advertisements (you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward). To serve and measure these ads, Unity Ads may process: your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type and operating system information, and ad interaction data. This processing is governed by Unity's privacy documentation:
b) Purchases — Google Play Billing (Google LLC)
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only order confirmations (product purchased and order identifier) so the Game can deliver your items. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
c) Diagnostics — Unity Engine (Unity Technologies)
Our Games are built with the Unity engine, which may collect basic device information and crash/ performance diagnostics to keep them stable. See the Unity privacy links above.
3. How This Data Is Used
- To operate our Games and deliver the content you request.
- To show rewarded ads only when you choose to watch them, and to measure that they were completed.
- To process and deliver your in-app purchases.
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.
4. Your Choices and Rights
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your device's advertising ID at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads), which limits ad personalization.
- Local data: uninstalling a Game permanently deletes all of its locally stored data.

- Legal rights: depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR, California under the CCPA, and Chile under Law 19.628/21.719), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold essentially no personal data ourselves, most such requests concern the third parties listed above — but you can always contact us and we will help direct your request.
5. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of our Games at any time, without deleting any account (our Games do not use accounts). Follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@braveliftcorp.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please tell us which Game you played and your device's advertising ID if you are able to provide it (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). We will confirm your request and, where the data is held by a third-party provider such as Unity, we will forward your request to them on your behalf. We aim to respond within 30 days.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID on your device (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID"). This immediately disconnects future advertising data from your previous identifier.
- Uninstall the Game to permanently delete all locally stored data — your game progress, unlocked content, virtual currency balance, and settings. This deletion is immediate and irreversible, and we cannot restore it.
What is deleted: all locally stored game data (deleted immediately on uninstall), and the advertising and diagnostic data associated with your advertising identifier held by our third-party providers (processed upon request). What is kept: records of purchases made through Google Play, which Google retains as the seller of record for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We do not hold any personal data on our own servers.
6. Children
Each of our Games is intended for the audience indicated by its content rating on Google Play. Games rated for mature or adult audiences are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided information through one of our Games, please contact us.
7. Security
We follow industry-standard practices in the design of our Games. Since your game data never leaves your device and payments are handled by Google Play, the attack surface for your personal information is minimal by design.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be reflected in the relevant store listings where required.
